Terms of Service

By using Purrlyne, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, with one account, and the information you give us must be accurate.

Purrlyne offers random 1-on-1 chat, public rooms, and direct messages with accepted contacts. Optional filters and profile badges are available on paid plans. Video chat is not available yet.

You're responsible for your login credentials and anything that happens through your account. Tell us at support@purrlyne.com if it's compromised.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal content, including anything involving minors — reported to authorities without exception.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Spam or send automated messages.
• Impersonate someone or misrepresent your age.
• Get around a ban or suspension.
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

We may warn, suspend, or ban an account (including automatically for content endangering a minor) for violating these Terms. Contact support@purrlyne.com to appeal, or to report illegal content.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You can delete your account anytime from Settings.

Purrlyne connects you with other users at your own risk. We don't verify identities beyond a self-declared age and aren't responsible for other users' conduct. The service is provided "as is."

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
