Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Purrlyne, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Purrlyne. You may only create one account, and the information you give us (age, country, language, gender) must be accurate.

Purrlyne currently offers text-based random 1-on-1 matching, public chat rooms, and direct messages with accepted contacts. Optional filters (country, language, gender) and profile badges are available on paid plans. Video chat is not available yet, regardless of what any page on the site may hint at — we'll update these Terms when it ships.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for anything that happens through your account. Tell us at support@purrlyne.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

You agree not to, while using Purrlyne:

• Post or send illegal content, including any content involving minors — this is reported to the relevant authorities without exception.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Spam, flood, or send automated messages.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your age.
• Try to get around a ban or suspension.
• Scrape or reverse-engineer the service.

Messages are screened by automated filters, and both users and our systems can flag content for review. Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban an account — including automatically, in the case of content that appears to endanger a minor. We may also ban an IP address. If you think a moderation action was made in error, contact support@purrlyne.com.

Use the in-chat "Report" button, or email support@purrlyne.com. Content that appears to involve the exploitation of a minor is escalated to the relevant authority in addition to platform enforcement.

Paid plans (Silver, Gold, Diamond) are billed monthly through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Purrlyne connects you with other users at your own risk. We don't verify identities beyond a self-declared age, and we're not responsible for the conduct or content of other users. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the operator of Purrlyne is established.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
